Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from Fordham University, with minors in Philosophy and Urbanism. She began her career in consulting firms specializing in leadership, sustainability, and market research. She then transitioned into the hospitality industry, gaining valuable experience in Food & Beverage operations. Her introduction to executive search came during her studies when a peer introduced her to the field. Leveraging her diverse consulting background and hospitality industry experience, Emily joined AETHOS Consulting Group.
