As founding partner of Seak International, Gary supported client achievement of business goals, successfully completing assignments in areas to include executive search, team development / training, coaching, performance management, succession planning and the alignment of employee actions with the annual business plan. Seak clients competed in diverse industry segments to include retail, financial services, consumer goods and the public sector. Prior to Seak, Gary had twenty years of corporate Human Resources experience, including directing global HR initiatives while serving as SVP HR/Member of Executive Committee for an international manufacturer of leading household, personal care, and Do-It-Yourself products. Previously he had HR roles within the retail industry. Gary has a master’s degree from Columbia University and has served on the Board of Governors for Ramapo College.
